Using Alto Studios
These terms apply to use of the Alto Studios website, account services, and optional text-alert program. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the site lawfully. Do not access another client’s private files or account, interfere with the website, or upload material you do not have permission to share. Project-specific deliverables and usage rights are determined by the terms agreed with our team.
Bookings and inquiries
Selecting a date does not confirm a reservation. Online paid bookings are confirmed after successful payment and reservation confirmation; eligible Creator Pass free-hour sessions are confirmed without a payment charge. A project or Studio event inquiry does not reserve a date. Prices and applicable membership benefits are shown before checkout.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Account holders can cancel their own bookings. Cancellations at least seven days before the session receive a full refund; cancellations less than seven days but at least 24 hours before receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 24 hours before receive no refund. A canceled Creator Pass free-hour booking restores the free hour under the pass’s calendar-month rules.
Self-service rescheduling is available at least 48 hours before the session starts, based on Stockton time and available slots. Session length stays the same. If the new slot costs more, the price difference must be paid before the change is confirmed. A cheaper slot does not result in a refund.
Accounts and client delivery
Clients must sign in to access published galleries assigned to their account. Downloading a file does not change the usage rights agreed for your project. Keep copies of downloaded deliverables. Contact the studio about delivery dates, revisions, or account assistance. Automated message responses are informational; contact our team for project-specific commitments.
Alto Studios operational SMS alerts
This optional program is intended for studio owners and authorized staff, not customer marketing. Alerts may cover confirmed bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and new website inquiries. Enrollment requires explicit, documented consent from the recipient; entering a phone number in a customer form is not consent. The program is not currently active, and no texts will be sent until consent, sending-number setup, and required carrier registration are complete.
- Message frequency varies based on bookings, changes, and inquiries.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; no further alerts will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@altostudiios.com or (209) 689-8443.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a booking or membership.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not guaranteed; review ALTO OS for current booking and inquiry information.
Mobile information and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and your legal rights
We aim to keep the website and communications available, but outages and third-party delivery delays may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms as services change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
